I purchased mine at Walmart. And you can order them online too, I think.

In the sporting goods department of any department store (walmart, kmart, etc) or probably at a sporting goods store. They might have them at toys r us, too.

I was sitting in a restaurant yesterday and they had an electronic dartboard on the wall next where our table was. Didn't know such a thing even existed.
