a very young girl wearing high heels and tons of mascara...red flags there. However, mascara is used to enhance one's eyes. Unless you like that polygamous woman look of plainess, fine. But I seem to like it when makeup is done tastefully. Less is more but to go without any, well, the older you are, the more strategic you need to be.

Calling a women who wears mascara and heels a slut is offensive. I wear a lot of mascara to enhance my eyes and I enjoy walking in heels. Many women do the same thing. I'm not a slut. They are not sluts.

Guess it depends on the heels... most heels look good. As far as the mascara, the only way that looks slutty is it's smeared all over the girls face, but it more looks like maybe they were crying.

Not by themselves. But couple these with some combination of other things, and a lot of people will judge them pretty slutty. Stockings with seams, low cut top, tiny skirt, heavy flirtation, for example. Of course this is all in the eye of the beholder and depends on their background and expectations. I imagine that my business dress and lipstick and exposed hair might look pretty slutty to people in Saudi Arabia, or to a 17th century resident of my own Massachusetts for that matter.

Pft, of course not, sheesh! Look at Mrs. Clinton- she wears mascara and heels. But with it a nice plaid skirt and matching suave jacket, hense, she does not appear slutty. However, if one were to wear a short skirt and lacey leopard bra, with cake-d make-up, they'd be heading in the 'slutty' direction.
