  • Blue screens have many different causes. In the case of limewire, it's probably a corrupt limewire related file or bad coding. Last I checked, Limewire is written in Java. Try updating your Java Runtime Client and if you can, keep a camera in hand when you are using it then when the BSOD hits quickly take a snapshot of your screen using your digital camera's shutter speed setting. If you are using an old tube monitor then you will need a higher shutter speed to clearly capture a screen image. This may not be true for thin panel LCD monitors if they are connected ala DVI but a blue HD15 plug on your LCD may require a higher shutter speed in a slightly darkened room. EDIT: Could you post a youtube video? If you do, use the camera's sports mode for it's high shutter speed. Download your java update here: http://www.java.com/en/download/
