In most cases I do, at least in today's day and age. No one takes a relationship seriously.

My marriage did after a few years because he changed his mind about being ready, he said he wasn't prepared for the responsibility of being a husband and a father, even though we planned getting married and having our daughter! I hope like crazy the next one (if I'm lucky) is forever.

once bitten - twice smitten, times have changed, being pessimistic, i dont see the point in marrying, unless you want a big party
-
Nope. I love her with all my heart, and she feels the same way about me. I will go to my grave wearing my wedding band.
-
We will not divorce. We are together for life.
-
No, why would it?
-
I think I'm going to have several marriages that are going to end in divorce. Maybe not. Maybe I'm just jokeing. You'll never know...
-
no...............pleasantly surprised on the Jerry Springer show.

I think so. It's a bit complicated though so I won't get into it.
-
Do you know something I don't?
-
Nope!
-
It already did. Two years ago.
-
No, I don't. We have finally polished off the rough spots on each other and fit together nicely. Why quit now?
-
It might, but hopefully we can work things out.

No. We've learned to live with the thing's that aren't perfect and everything else is perfect.

-
No. If I got married i'll make sure i have a married life and its all in my hands the keyword is to give in.
-
no, my marriage will lead to two things much worse: 1. living with her 2. eating her cooking ( we have the only dog in town that doesn't beg. and we pray after we eat )
-
No. If you never get married, how can you divorce? That is my reasoning. Divorce really affected my kid brother and sister and I, so I feel real strongly about it. And the best I can come up with is the old Goldie Hawn, Kurt Russell theory. Doesn't that make sense though? Think about it. If you REALLY love someone, you don't need a piece of paper and a whole screwed up, government controlled "legal" system. The second you get in a fight, what's the best thing you can do? DIVORCE. So you may start to get over the fight one day, but you're a couple thousand in the hole and a couple years from finally finalizing the bitch, so you got little hope at that point. Just have your own little ceremony before God, leave the paper out of it. I'm sure God will forgive you when you get to Heaven and say you lost it.
-
Yikes! I very well hope not.
-
Nope!
-
I am new to answerbag, did I just get a negative 1 point for being brutally truthfull? Where am I again?
-
I was married twice before and knew that both of them would end in divorce before we even got married. (First I felt pressured to marry him because of a baby, second, we lived together and I couldn't be on his insurance unless we were married) This time is the real thing, though.
-
yes it will
-
Nope ! Not even by a longshot !
-
If you don't have any fun, then yes. Don't let kids and responsibilities get in the way of you spending time alone and having a great time. Don't make it all about the kids. Men are big kids. All the time, I see women showing way too much attention to their kids and none to their husbands. Don't let your body go. Don't forget to get his attention. Go out for dancing and a romantic candlelight dinner, and don't take the kids!
-
Yeah Probably over money issues and lack of time together we are falling apart nothing has helped counseling or talking it out trying trying everything so yeah most likely sooner than later.
