  • i doubt it ever will. too much money involved. its kind of a personal choice though, so there isnt too much harm to others, besides second hand smoke. most cities now are passing laws that ban smoking indoors, so even that is going away. its not like alcohol or drugs, where your impairment can harm other people. it really hurts yourself, so if you are willing to take the harm, its your body.
