I only rate excellent or atrocious questions and answers.

You know my M.O. my friend. I rate all questions and all answers at my maximum. I don't "judge". That way I am fair to all, whether they are my friends or not and whether or not I agree with them. My comments will often let you know how I feel..but I never punish anyone for an answer. My feeling is the person is kind enough to take the time to give an answer and should not be penalized because I don't agree with it! :) I have also never downrated anyone. It is against my religion! :)

I give max points when I rate...sometimes I only rate the answers I find useful, thoughtful/insightful (whether I agree with them or not), humerous and/or the ones I agree with..and sometimes I just rate them all (except vulgar or hateful ones...I skip over those).

I am a liberal point giver. I never (very rarely) downrate. And if I do not rate any answer/question, it is purely by mistake.

If I like the question or answer I rate +4, I don't bother trying to rate 1,2,3 I just hit the mouse and give then the 4, after all that's why we have this option.

Generally I give generous ratings.But sometimes it depends on the question, answer, context and everything.That way, I've even given full downratings.

Very generous. I slap a big five on all my friend's questions,..and a big six on all their answers...unless they are just really,..really bad! (lol)

I only max positive rate I rate all questions I answer and some I do not answer I rate all answers to my questions as long as they are not rude. I rate answers of other members I find interesting or funny. I have postitolled 40+ members I have positive rated over 3000 that had negative ratings undeserved.

well I have just started AB, so I have been giving points for only a very short time now. I will give as much as I can always though, if I think an answer is a good one!

I always rate all my answers with my full points, Questions too. I do not pay for the points why hoard them. I would say I am a very generous point giver.

I could be more generous I'm sure. I always rate the most I can give when someone answers my questions. And sometimes I get so busy hopping around answering questions that sometimes I forget to stop and read what others have to say. I rate others answers about 85% of the time. I will do better than that starting today!

Very generous. In fact, when I'm in a rut, I don't even answer questions. I go on a points extravaganza where I do nothing but read answers then go around dolling out points, spreading good karma. I rarely see something so offensive that I feel I must down-rate, but it does happen.

Well smOOz I am a generous rater. I give all my available points when someone answers my questions.I am grateful that they take the time to answer!I also am generous w/points when answering a question.I have no need to downrate questions,if I don't like the question I simply move on!

Generous. Since the addition to Answerbag that includes the option of how many points you choose to give to an answer or question I haven't used it once. I'm able to give 5 (to questions) and 6 (to answers), so that's what I give.

I feel no need to be stingy with my ratings when I have plenty to give. I certainly don't get any sense of personal satisfaction out of down rating, so I guess I am pretty generous about it... good karma, maybe?

I am very generous when I rate. When I look at answers to my questions, I tend to give out sixes and then threes for poor answers. I don't allow for any answer to one of my questions to remain unrewarded. It is just an oversight if that is the case. I am sorry if I missed you and I will hit you up in the future if I see your answer. Regards---

I usually always answer questions that I can answer. I always give postivie ratings. But I do not always get them in return.

I think I am a generous answer rater, I rate all the answers that I receive to my questions with full marks even if i disagree with their opinion they still answered my question ! :)

I rate sporadically, but am always generous when rating. I only downrate if an answer is just completely wrong.
