Hell NO! I'm sorry, call me selfish if you want, but I would set myself to be financially worry-free for life. Once that is set, then I would do some charitable actions.

If they are truly SPARE billions. I would even buy Pepsi for the ones who prefer it. Possibly diets, too for those folks, too.

No... I'd only have to spend MAYBE $5 billion on it. (Think of it as a VOLUME sale!) I'm SURE I could talk them down to that! Then I'd still have over a billion for other uses! ;-)
