If someone offered to sell you a 9 mm for $80. Would you assume its hot or is it possible the guy just needs the money?
He also said he's afraid it would get him in trouble. Said it had a hair trigger and he almost shot himself and fired a round into his downstairs neighbor's apartment!

Umm hmm, doesn't sound like maybe the best situation to get yourself wrapped up into. Do you know his full name or addresse? The part about it being fired in his neighbour's apartment doesn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling. What make is it? $80 could be a low price or it could be an extremely low price.

Linda Joy I do know his full name and address. He's my neighbor and friend and FB friend, too! And I know the woman whose apartment he fired into! And I'm really glad he doesn't live above me!! He said what make and wanted to show it to me but I passed. -

Linda Joy I know I'd never intentionally fire a fatal round into any human being except possibly an extreme case where I'm defending others against multiple attackers. Id fire a non fatal shot to stop someone. But you never know what someone else may be carrying and get dead in the process. There is always that risk. As in most life situations its just best not to whip it out in public, just keep it in your pants! EVERYONE doesn't need to see it! hahaha
