Over 100 years old. It was a former crackhouse fixer-upper. Acquired a few years ago.

It is 22 years old, we have owned it since June 2007.

It's the same age as me! My parents decided to build a house when they found out my mother was pregnant with me, because the place they had was too small for a family of five.

My condo building was built in 1923, as an apartment-hotel, for longish-term stays in what was then considered a sort of resort area. We moved in in 2004, years after its conversion to condos. We sold our original condo here 7 years ago and downsized to the one we have now.

This house was originally built in 1929 & I bought it in 1988. I have had other houses including one I built new in 1978 but after 2 divorces this is the only abode I have left to call home through my declining years.
