Yes I can. I have no problem doing that.

If the situation met the conditions for the DP and the DA advocated it and it was an option for sentencing, then yes. It would all depend on the severity of the crime though. I am pro death penalty, but don't have to implement it every chance I get.
-
I don't think I could play God. I'm not sure.
-
It would depend on the crime. I think that the Death Penalty should be reserved for the most heinous of crimes: like serial killers who butcher, torture, and mutilate their victims before killing them.
-
The BTK killer was an employee of ADT at the time of his break-ins........I have ADT and think about that all the time. I would have no problem with putting a brutal killer to death.
-
Does the jury decide on the penalty? I thought the judge did that after the jury had made their decisions. But as I live in the UK, no, although there certainly are crimes that should warrant the death penalty, stuff human rights.
-
i honestly dont think i could...wait OMG i dont know!! ahhh
-
I could never do that. Statistics indicate that the death penalty does not deter crime. And I'd rather see a brutal criminal have to spend his/her entire life rotting in prison than give them an "easy way out".
-
That knucklehead better say his goodbye's now because his ass is grass as far as I'm concerned.
-
No I could not do that.
-
ABSOLUTELY. If I'm ever on a jury in a case where the defendant is factually proven to be a murderer or rapist (regardless of the means of rape/murder), I'd do whatever I could as a juror to ensure that he was given the death penalty. People that fucked up deserve to die.
-
Yes.
-
I know that I could, dependent on the nature and severity of the crime.
-
Without hesitation. I believe death is the only just punishment for premeditated murder.
