when i was born we already had a pitbull called tyson.

Five.We had a Scottish Terrier that liked to bite.

I think I was like 6 years old when I got my first dog.

I think I was about 2-3 years old. My family had a dog, mixed breed.

I was born into a family with a pure-bred Cocker Spaniel. Her name was Heidi, my mom would put her in shows and stuff like that. Thanks, I hadn't thought of her in years! +

My family had pets before I was born. There have always been pets in my house.

We had 2 cats before i was even born they both died around 2000, 2001, 2002 (i don't remember) Then we got a beagle named Bailey who left us 2005 In 2005 we got my Star who's a big black cat and then in 2006 my aunt moved into our basement and brought her Destiny (a really small grey and white cat) with her.

When I was 3, I got "cookie" my black chihuahua, and I loved him with everything I had. He was like a cousin running around the house stealing my toys and making me cry. He died when I was 17, but I am glad that I had those 14 years with him.

I think I was 13 or 14, a hamster.

I got my gorgeous mutt Scout when I was in Grade 1, so 7 years old. I still have her. :)

I was born on the farm and the family working dog, collie, was also a pet. I never remember being without one until I was in high school and the last dog got killed. But my brother and I got my mother a yellow tom cat. (Yea) It endeared itself to her when it went down the basement and came up with a mouse in its mouth.
