I'd rather have the cash. I see enough of my co-workers and we eat lunch together often.

Cash bonus, that way I would put it in the bank. Dinner I can only put on my hips and thighs! LOL!

I'd rather have a cash bonus. We have regular outings, and w/the money I could probably buy some more and/or better gifts, since I'm a starving college student w/a BIIG family :)

Cash, anytime. A friend used to be a sales rep for a large corporation. One year the company was very happy with the results of the sales people and gave them all several days in a fancy resort in Hawaii, all expenses paid. The problem was that most of the sales people spent huge amounts of time living in hotels on the road for the job. They wanted to be at home with their familys! It was a very expensive "reward" that nobody wanted but were pressured to take.
