  • There is- though I do not know it. Try calling your provider. They should be able to overide it for you.
  • what you do is put in the WRONG code three times. it will then ask you to provide a PUK code. DO NOT ENTER ANYTHING! sorry that bit was important. then you ring customer service and ask them for your puk code. the person who's name the account is in has to do this because they put u through a security check e.g. name, birthday, address etc. they give u the puk code (which you are allowed to put in now) and it will ask you to reset a new pin code. try to pick something easy to remember like her birthday!
