That was a test I put my husband through way back when. He passed. ;)
-
Not in general, only if I really need to, like I am ill in bed.
-
What types of female products? He certainly will buy my shampoo, conditioner, soap, facial wash, tampons, Pamprin/Midol, etc when I ask him to. I'd think he was rather immature if he didn't. I've never asked him to buy a vibrator. I assume the question has to do with tampons, sanitary napkins, and the like. I have no idea what the big deal about buying these products is. Approximately 50% of the population will use these products for a significant portion of their life. It isn't like it is rare or odd. People genuinely baffle me sometimes.
-
...I have done that....is that wrong or something?
-
well I have never specifically sent him out to get it but if I need them and the kids are home I will call and ask him to get them on his way home..he doesnt mind its absolutly no big deal
-
no, i do most of the shopping...not that he wouldn't if i asked...
-
no! I haven't asked him to do that yet. I hate buying them, I couln't imagine making him do it, hehe.
-
My first husband would not do that even if I had two broken legs and was in a coma. His excuse? "I don't want people thinking I (meaning he) used them". What an idiot. My current husband would not think twice about it, if I asked him to.
-
I have never asked him, but i am sure if he had to he would, maybe look at me strange but still get them for me...:)

My man has no issue with this....I think. Hold on let me go ask....Yay! He said he would gladly do it... =)
-
Not unless he's going to the store already. He wouldn't have a problem with it, but I don't have to test him on this.
-
Nope, I pick it up when I do shopping. I don't use traditional "female products" anyhow.
-
Of course! I've sent him out for the whole package; tampons, pads, Pamprin and because he's a smart man, he likes to throw in a bottle of wine for good measure!
-
my gf told me to tell you that i like doing it ;-P
-
Not generally. Just like with toilet paper, I try not to run out and have to make a special trip. ;-) He has bought them for me before though, and I think at some point men start to view it as a "Look, I have a woman I care for" instead of "I can't believe I have to buy girl stuff, how embarrassing" and it becomes a mark of honor instead of shame. I once sent a random male friend in college for some though... he had no problem with it either, saying he'd gotten them for his mom and sister before, and was perfectly secure in his manhood.
-
If I had one, he would be my male servant.=) j/k
-
No way - even if I wrote down exactly what I wanted, he'd forget the list and then buy 1 of everything to make sure I had the one I wanted. It would never be worth it.
-
I haven't and I probably never will. He'd probably come back with the wrong kind. He probably wouldn't do it anyways.
-
Good question, not normally but i have in the past when iv had a baby and cant get out but needed more, otherwise no i get them myself :)
-
No, my hubby would be mortified (although I know he would do it, if I really needed him to).
-
no way. Even though i dont think he would care...too much. i just know what i like and he'd be confussed by all the selections.
-
My husband has gone out and bought those things when i was unable to get up...i get pretty ill. hes a great guy!
-
I have been out of this loop myself for quite some time. When my daughter had her baby, I tried to get these items for her and thank goodness my hubby was there because I had NO IDEA. Things sure have changed on that aisle in 20 years...
-
Only once... several months back. I got my "visitor" unexpectedly while at his mother's house and she is way beyond menopause. The ones he got were cheap but crappy....they did the job.
-
I have never asked, i hate buying them... if my friend is going to the store & i need them i wont think twice about asking her...
-
I have.. in an emergecy.. I don't feel the need to explain anymore.
-
Sure, whu not. If it's asier for him to get tot eh store, why wouldn't he buy anything I needed, even a...horrors!...female products. My husband used to work in a market and he'd call each day before coming home and wold buy whatever we needed. What's the big deal about buying or even touching the box? I've seen some men cringe at even moving the box out of the way like it has cooties or something. Just about every woman in the country uses something or other in her lifetime. I"ve yet to meet anyone who thinks weird things about a man if he buys a box of tampons.
-
No. Only a panic situation would have let me ask, and I was always able to plan ahead. I know that it was a silly way to feel, but in my world this wasn't done. It would have embarressed him too much and made me look like a very inconsiderate wife. This also meant that he didn't ask me to pick up certain things that I didn't understand, like auto parts.
-
I wouldn't do it on purpose... only if I can't get it myself.
-
yup! especially if he's getting on my nerves
-
i think that it's really sweet if a guy will, but i wouldn't be that mean.
-
Oh yes! We have tampon Tuesdays and maxi-pad Mondays!;)
-
He has trouble finding HIS favorite toothpaste on the only toothpaste aisle in the store so NO I would never depend on him to find my stuff.
-
Nope, because he'd probably freak out and just go home.
-
He does not like it(buying female products) but I like having fun with him and ask him to do it. He may whine but what can he do? I just asked him less than four times (when it is emergency) but after that I do it myself.
-
Nope! Unless it's a huge emergency! But other than that, no... Too many bad experiences as a teenager with dad in that particular aisle...
-
yes hes buys all the female needs for our daughters too.he works at targets so its easy for him to get and he doesnt mind.
-
He didn't like my hairy legs and bought me a can of Veet. Does that count? I didn't ask for it, he wanted to get it for me.
-
I have. I hear you know a guy loves you when he does this.
-
Shy
-
i never did that and i never thought about it... i think "they are mine i'll get them" no matter what it is ... and to make sure that i wouldn't have an emergency situation... i always buy extra stuff...
-
I have once or twice. It was no big deal to either of us.
-
Yes, my fiance almost always buys my tampons. Hes to confident to be embarrased.
-
Heck no! That's not his responsiblity. I feel that if I did ask him to though, if he really cared for me, he wouldn't have an issue, but come on girls, can't you take care of yourselves???lol It's not like he asks you to go buy his porn and stuff!lol
-
never sent my man to, he picks up his condoms but thats about it.
-
well i wouldn't say specifically, but i have sent him out before to get some things for me if i wasn't feeling up to it.
-
No Way
-
very very seldomly...(twice in four years). He does'nt mind but he seldom brings back the right kind of ANYTHING! Last time I sent him for tampons I d*mn near had to take a picture of the box!! He gets an A for effort though...
-
Are you kidding?! He wouldn't be able to tell a tampon from a pad. :D
-
My husband will not buy anythang that has 2 do with my period!!! I guess he thinkz the cash people will think itz 4 him!!!!!!!
