Without gravity your bones would lose calcium and your skeleton weaken. Astronauts that spent long periods of time in 0G conditions have lost considerable amounts of calcium from their bones, and even after returning to Earth, never completely recovered. Bones need gravity.

It's not as bad as the gravity on Uranus , where you'd be intantly crushed to death if you were to relocate there. Uranus is so massive and dence, Its just not worth venturing too close to it.
