No contest Mash!!!!!!!!!!!!

MASH. It was magnificent. Summed up everything so well.

I have to disagree with the majority, and say Seinfeld. Since the whole point of the series was that it wasn't about anything. The Good Samaritan storyline was very timely, and funny. Bringing back the characters from the earlier seasons to testify against Jerry, George, Elaine, and Kramer. Sorry guys.

Thanks I should have added "weirdest" Saint Elsewhere and Vermont with Bob Newhart

Yeah. Having watched MASH for years (originals, not re-runs) I gotta go with it.

Oh, nope -- I'd suggest "Newhart," in the New England Inn. MAJOR PLOT SPOILER!!!! He wakes up in bed and tells of his dream of being an innkeeper to his wife? And the wife rolls over and it's Suzanne Pleshette, his wife from his previous The Bob Newhart Show? Priceless!

Mash was a great one. In pure quantitative numbers, it still holds the record for the most watched show. That beats every Super Bowl and American Idol!
