Cast Iron, stainless steel and copper are pretty safe. Avoid aluminum. unless it is coated with a modern protective coating and avoid older teflon pans. 8/5/24

Cast Iron and ceramic cookware. Both are excellent choices for your everyday cooking needs.

Avoid Teflon, it was originally used to waterproof tanks, and the body cannot dispose of it if ingested.
