What is Your opinion of the Minimum Wage?
California Fast Food workers are losing their jobs after the minimum wage is $20hr.

What did those clowns in congress expect would happen? Did they really think there was enough money in selling burgers and tacos to support that sort of wages? Next businesses will be closing down due to this ridiculous move by the govt in CA. There are LOTS of jobs out there that aren't worth 20 bucks an hour, unless one is willing to pay 30 bucks for a burger and fries. In an expensive environment like CA, a 2nd job is pretty much mandatory. Why doesn't govt work on cutting the cost of living there instead of putting sandwich and taco shops out of business. 3/27/24
