  • I go back and forth. I eat more healthy when I get a new diagnosis, then gradually, eventually, go back to the way I was eating before. I'm finding even my doctors don't agree on what's good for me. And the dietician I consulted with didn't know there are foods someone with a bad thyroid shouldn't eat, or she didn't know I'm hypothyroid, either way its hard to trust her if she's not up to date. But when you have multiple ailments it gets to the point where almost everything is off limits. And what I can have is not good.
  • No, I eat food like everybody else. "Healthy" isn't even a noun, let alone a food item.
