  • No. There have been times my radio penetrated my dreams in a half wake state, but I don't think that counts. Oh funny story. Once I was in a homeless shelter in a barracks type sleeping situation with about 30 other women and I sleep with a CPAP. Well one morning in the wee hours my CPAP set off a warning siren of sorts. I've never heard it other than that morning. In my dream someone stabbed a fish with a fork and it started screaming as if in pain, but it was really the CPAP. The lady in the next bed had to wake me up and tell me it was going off (I took a lot of meds back then) I just adjusted my mask and went back to sleep. The other ladies didn't say anything to me but I'm sure they didn't appreciate it! I did try to once when I was having bad dreams, because I'd had night terrors before and Anoname was trying to teach me how to do it. But I don't have the focus. I get distracted.

I threw myself out of bed once because in my dream I was sitting in the back seat of a car and someone handed me an insulated lunch type bag that had been sitting on the ground and when I opened it it had fire ants in it and when I went to throw it out onto the ground before they started biting, I threw myself out of bed and pulled my CPAP off the night table because it was attached to my face!

      Lol!
  • I do, I have two powers open to me when I realise I'm dreaming, one is flying, the other is moving objects with my mind, and it's been that way for years, as exciting as this sounds, and flying is great, I am usually rescuing people in these dreams from something horrible.

Are you able to hold on to it for very long once you realize you are dreaming? I'm similar and unable to hone my dreaming skills!

Yeah, I can change the whole direction of it once I know I'm dreaming. Trying to hold on to someone else, when I'm flying actually affects the height I can fly to, it weighs me down, so the last dream I had, I had the power to make that person fly without holding onto them. Once you can do one thing, you can do more. If I exit a horrible dream and wake up, I can re-enter it remembering that I'm dreaming, but only if I go back to sleep straight away, then it gives me the power to change the outcome.
