How can I stalk that stranger gorgeous guy in order to meet him again?

I was in a cafeteria exactly a week ago that is located near my university and I regularly go to, when I was ordering my coffee, a gorgeous guy from the other university (that is also near the cafeteria) had came. That was the first time that I saw him in the cafeteria Maybe because he started his studies this month. In this cafeteria, there is one big couch that has many tables and everybody sit on next to each other, so we randomly sat next to each other, and when I finished my coffee, he started talking to me and asking me about my major and stuff. I really really liked him, it's very rare for me to like someone that much from the first time. Now, my class was starting soon, so I told him that I had to go for the class, and we didn't have the chance to introduce our names. So I left hoping that I will find him again, and so to this day I never met him again but I really want to. Is there any way that I can stalk him to meet him again? (SORRY FOR THE LONG TEXT)
