  • I work out 4-6 days a week, about 30 - 45 minutes a day. I don't do the same routine everyday though. My doctor advised it was perfectly fine, particularly since I mix up my routine. Everyone is going to have a different opinion about this, so my advice is: if you are mixing up your routines, keep doing what you do.
  • at least you exercise, i dont even do that
  • You'll still die regardless. There is no medical evidence that exercising extends life any, in fact there is little evidence it helps in any regard over daily movement. You'll just leave a handsomer corpse and cleaner organs for the donor. Live life in a balance, kid.
  • 6 days is fine 3/4 gives your body a chance to recover more frequently. If you're trying to bulk up by working out intensely you should give the muscles you work out one day a chance to recover the next. Stay hydrated.
