  • Nope, I've never been scared of snow. But I have this crippling fear of butterflies...you know how they just taunt you as they flutter around...and then theres the fear of laughter....oh my god what if they suck all the air out of the room! Okay seriously...I know its mean but it had to be done. All kidding aside. Just wait for a snowy day and go out there. Put your hand out and you will see that its just cold water. Its perfectly safe...just watch out for ice...he'll jump out from the shadows.
  • Me too!! i hate the snow. The feel of it, the limitlessness of it, the glare. *shudder* it is freaky stuff. worst scenario EVER would to be lost in the snow. I would rather be lost at sea.
  • With any fears, talk to a counselor.
  • The only way to get rid of a phobia is therapy. Fortunately yours is easy to control, simply dont live where it snows. You can go your entire life never being around snow quite easily. A simple treatment and I know because I've used it is a process called EMDR. Ask your family doctor for a referral to a psychologist who specializrs in it and go. Or find one locally online or in the yellow pages. It should take no more than 2 or 3 sessions. It's amazingly simple. I pasted in a link that describes what EMDR is. www.helpguide.org/articles/anxiety/phobias-and-irrational-fears.htm To click on the link below remove the space after the // http:// vancouveremdrtherapy.com/emdr-therapy-for-phobias-and-anxiety/
