Do you live in a state where its legal? Does your mom have a doctors prescription that allows her to buy it legally to help her with a medical problem? If the answers are no then you can report her. Where will you live if they put her in jail? You cant stay by yourselves.

Assuming you mean turn your mom in to the police you might want to consider what will happen with you and your sister If your mom goes to jail. You should also consider how your relationship with your mom might change.
