i want to run away or get taken out of my home legally but im 17 and i have a 12 yr old brother and a 13yr old sister and i want them to stay with our parents i just want to leave due to injurys (deep bloody scratches) on my neck due to me and my 45 yr old dad getting into a fist fight. what should i do to get taken out of my home like asap and by that i mean today. its a bad place for me, this is just the start my mom calls me a bastard and says im a dissapointment and how im not shit in life and i never will be. my dad is a felon with nothing but fighting on his record, he was in a gang since he was 14 till he was almost 30. im a well built guy. 160lbs and 5' 8". i got tackled and i got up and threw him into the wall them my mother got in the middle of it but he reached around her and smacked me as hard as he could multiple times.
