i went to church with someone and later stopped at the dollar store, mcdonalds and i got a couple of perscriptions i needed to pick up at the drugstore, now im just hanging out at home

A 2 mile walk then to church for a quiet meditation with some sharing near the end of the hour. Then off to brunch with a "spiritual" discussion group. Sometimes a walk with friends afterwards.
