11/13/2023, I think so. Neon t-shirts which were popular in the 80's went as far to the mid-90's. Rockers were wearing black t-shirts when neon colors were fading away from the fashion industry. Then in 1997, the Men in Black movie came out. Wearing black became more popular. Today, there is a mix of fashion trends from different eras. I personally like neon clothing, as well as black clothing.
