What do people mean when they say girls mature faster than boys
I'm just wondering because there are girls who act like children and there are boys who don't.

Girls actually are more mature than boys, but maybe the people you observed were a bit different. Also, people make decisions fast, which I think has happened to you.

In my younger days, girls matured about 3 years faster than boys. They were expected to act like ladies. Now days, I agree with you that there is little to NO difference!!!
