There's this girl I like in my group at school that usually never talks to me, but recently started to smile at me, she talks and pays most attention to me (we keep eye contact), and even touches me on my shoulder/leg/arm sometimes. What do you guys think I should do, is she into me?

One or two things may be happening. (1)She either likes you...OR...(2) she's using you to make the guy she really likes jealous. I think that you should ask her out on a date & see what happens. You should have a better idea on your own once you've been on a date.
