I believe so. I'm not 100% certain they married, but they certainly shacked up together. It wasn't his daughter by blood at all. He had married a woman who already had a daughter - left that woman and fell for the daughter (who was in her 20's).

G'day Moondawgie, Thank you for your question. Allen is married to Soon-Yi Previn who was formerly the adopted daughter of Mia Farrow, Allen's former partner. They married in 1997 and have two adopted daughters Bechet and Manzie after jazz musicians Sidney Bechet and Manzie Johnson. Allen has described his marriage with Previn as being "paternal".
