Do you think you have leadership qualities ?
Have you ever taken the lead, in anything ? I have done that many times.....like being the Sports captain, then the Head of the English Club, and also played the lead in the Arts project etc.

Abha Yes.....if it`s running good, then that means you have good leadership qualities. But sometimes even smart people struggle....

Yes, where I work at: I am a leader, innovator, motivator and a strategist.

I was the top person in my company.

Yes, I will take the lead if no one else will, but I don't seek it out, because while I have many good leadership qualities, I lack some essential ones as well, and specifically don't like being responsible for other people's mistakes, especially when I've trained them thoroughly! And I don't like doing things if I can't do it well. I was in the military and held management positions and I'd rather just be responsible for my own work.
