  • As of the census of 2000, there were 377 people, 133 households, and 106 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 137.3/km sq (357.1/mi sq). There were 138 housing units at an average density of 50.3/km sq (130.7/mi sq). The racial makeup of the CDP was 99.20% White, 0.27% from Race (United States Census)other races, and 0.53% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.33% of the population. There were 133 households out of which 39.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.7% were Marriagemarried couples living together, 8.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 20.3% were non-families. 17.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.83 and the average family size was 3.20. In the CDP the population was spread out with 30.5% under the age of 18, 8.8% from 18 to 24, 24.9% from 25 to 44, 24.1% from 45 to 64, and 11.7% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females there were 97.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 98.5 males.
