This normally depends on how often said male ejaculates. If it is his third time for the day semen won't shoot that far. But if the guy has held it in for a long time it could shoot...oh.... four and a half or five feet max. I'm not an educated expert though. Just personal experience.

It's not difficult to make it shoot far, but it can take some practice. Guys in porno movies do it all the time...and they do it by gently squeezing themselves to build the pressure and narrow the opening.
