    • Boola Boo
Thank you. I plan on taking a benedryl tonight to see if that helps.
    • Linda Joy
      How are you feeling now?
  • mine made my arm sore for wks, last time i got one, no point in making my arm sore if i never get the flu anyways
  • Any effects only last a day or two.
  • Apart from some soreness in my arm where the flu vaccine is injected, I am lucky that I've never had any side effects from the flu vaccine.
  • It may hurt where they give the injection for a day but that is all.
  • Back when I used to get one (couple years ago), soreness and stiffness in the arm was about all. Up til two years ago, I had the flu shot every year for at least ten years (probably longer). They were always hit or miss....I'd guess about 50/50. Even when it 'worked' it didn't really. Without the shot I'd get the flu 3 to 5 times a year. With the shot I'd always get the flu at least once a year, EVERY year. The pharmacist would concoct some silly excuse like the flu mutated after the shot was done up. All the shot ever done for me was cut the frequency from 3 to 5 times a year to 1 or 2 times a year....but that's only when it 'worked'. For the last two+ years I have had zero flu and zero colds since wearing an authentic surgical mask....needless to say, the shot is out and the mask is in!
