Whenever I want to know how much I weigh.
-
About twice a week. Despite knowing that I am of a healthy weight, I am very conscious of it. Perhaps too conscious
-
Never. The only time I get it done is at the doctor's and even then I don't do it myself, or even care what they have to say. I know I'm a healthy weight, and the numbers don't matter.
-
When I go to the Dr. for my yearly checkup.
-
Once a day. It's depressing
-
Once a year probably, nd thats only wen im havin a competition with someone who thinks they're lighter than me! lol
-
I never weigh myself!! If I did, I think I would get too obsessed with it. I don't even look at it when the doctor weighs me.
-
Less than once a year.
-
once a month.
-
I dont, worrying about your weight frequently is stressful. 6'1, 200 lbs, I think I am cool.
-
Never, really. My parameters of control with my size are as follows: - do I still feel sexy? - can I button up my pants? But people weigh me at judo competitions. Last time the scale showed that I had lost weights sitting on my butt for ten days stuffing my face with cakes, while writing an essay!
-
Once a week. A little OCD about that one.
-
I used to do it regularly, but then the scale broke (without my knowledge) and told me I weighed 187lbs for a week in a row. Now I never weigh myself.
-
every other week
-
Never, I cannot remember weighing myself lol.
-
I quit weighing myself about two years ago and am never going to weigh myself again. I've not suffered from an eating disorder, but I'm very funny about food. I don't want to encourage myself or those I live with to feel under pressure about their weight, it's not a healthy state of mind to be in.
-
probably once every month or two.
-
i havent weighed myself since 1989
-
many times- I'd say everyday- I'm not obsessed- I just want to stay normal...
-
Almost everyday. No, I don't feel I have a weight disorder since I do eat more than sufficient sustenance everyday. The reason being, I used to be overweight and it was a lot of effort to lose the extra 4 stone and become the healthy weight I am now. I want to preserve my current state, so being able to note if I have gained or lost any weight is important in my opinion.
-
Once a year at my physical. I tend to gain an average of 2 pounds a year.
-
i weigh myself once a month..recently, ive embarked on a quest to lose anywhere from 5 to 10 pounds..but it is not so easy..willpower! thats the key to losing weight.
-
At least twice a day . . . it is really sad because i am obsessed with it. The wrong number on the scale affects my whole day.
-
Every day or second day. I have weighed about the same for 20 years and it is due to keeping on top of my weight and cutting back when I weigh a pound or two more.
-
Roughly twice dayly.
-
I never weight myself. but I sometimes weigh myself, just to see if my excersising is doing its job :)
-
I'll be honest not even 10 times a year
-
Almost every day.
-
Not very often. In fact, I can't remember the last time I did.
-
Whenever I visit my doctor's office and they say, "Step up on the scale, please." : )
-
The last time I weighed myself was about a week ago and I weighed 180. I think the last time before that was about 5 years ago.
-
not often lately..I find it too scary...I'm rapidly losing weight because of the morphine that I take (it nauseates me) and I have lost 40+ pounds so far...I see my doctor again on Tuesday and this lack of appetite/nausea has to stop!
-
Once a week.
-
I make it a point not to. I don't even let them weigh me at the doctor's office.
-
Every couple months.
-
Everyday. I know fluctuations are normal, and it's interesting to me. I usually take my total weekly weightloss on Wednesdays.
-
pretty often lately, ive gained 30lbs in 3 months.
-
hmm i dont know once or twice a day it depends on how much i ate for the day i guess, i dont really think about it i just do it.
-
same as cuttergirl, once or twice a day, which they say you shouldnt do, you should only do it max once a week, oh well, wat eva !!
-
Not often. Only when I go to the doctor's for physical.
-
Only when that pushy nurse at the dr's office insists.
-
Every morning when i am on a diet. I get so excited when the numbers get smaller and smaller! Other than that, never.
-
I don't. I threw it away about a year ago ..it lies.
-
never i already no im fat by looking in the mirror and seeing a big potbelly, fat thighs, flabby arms and a HUGE butt.
-
No more than once a week. I know that even that is considered excessive, in some circles. But at least I'm not doing it every day.
-
Once per week usually, but when I am busy or during the summer...maybe once every two weeks maximum.
-
about 140 times in 25 years... just a rough estimate
-
a couple times a month :)
-
Once when I wake up Once after lunch Once before sleep time
-
About once a month, maybe.
-
Every morning, every night. Yes, I am obsessed. But then I am an actress and my shape might be important for my next audition.
-
Haha, honestly... almost every time I go to the gym. Which is about 5 times a week. Sometimes I don't weigh myself, but still, whenever I can I do. I know it isn't healthy and that I'm not fat, but I just don't want to get fat!
-
Once a week, on Sunday nights. I can face the truth and cry only once a week.
-
The real question is do you take action after you weigh yourself.
-
I haven't weighed myself in a long time. Maybe a year.
-
Atleast x3 a year.
-
1-2 times a week, sometimes more. Don't have a schedule for weighing, but check my weight when I feel it should be checked.
-
Maybe once a year
-
I only get on a scale when the Dr makes me. I pay more attention to how my clothing fits than what the scale says... Damn thing lies anyway!!!
-
usually three to four times a day. depending on how much i weih i eat more of less as i get father along in the day.. if i'm 2lbs heavier in the afternoon then i was when i woke up i usually try to either eat as little as possible for supper, or not eat supper at all.
-
daily
-
My cardiologist just ordered another scale for me. She wants me to weigh daily because if my heart gets worse it can cause me to accumulate water so I have to keep an eye on it.
