  • As with all Netspeak it means different things to different people but I rarely use it as I prefer writing the queens english, not the jailhouse gangsta speak in case I get busted speak. Stands for I'd Love You To See.

  • Does the receiver's name start with "C"? "I love/like you, too, C[rest of name]" or "I'd love/like you to see [whatever]" Text-speak, to me, is kinda of an "in context" like thing. So, either would work, based on the context. ;-)
