  • Vote cannot be changed after a motion is carried. Minutes may be "corrected" but not changed to make it appear something happened at a meeting that did not. If something very important didn't get handled properly a special meeting can be called to handle it, thus, a new set of minutes.
  • It is generally better to add a notation to meeting minutes of any change, addition or objection before the vote to accept prior minutes. If there are "laws," check Robert's Rules or any other rules of order specified in your governing documents.
