i used to be able to walk in a room and talk and listen with a few friends. where i'd give "5" in goodness to others, i'd get back "25". face it. i'm human. i'm going to always feel that separation / isolation from others. i can never be them and they, me. the way around my focusing on myself is to focus on others and care for them. i'm low today, so i might give 0.25 and get 1.25 back. i have to remember that where i give of myself, freely, to others, i don't loose myself or allow others to mis-treat me or take advantage of me. peace,
