  • It is not forbidden, but many will find it not okay, whether you announce it or not.
  • Why not? In the U.S. we have the first amendment, which allows people to say dickish things all they want legally. Of course society may disagree with that. Honestly, if someone get's offended by something I say, it's not my problem. They chose to find whatever I said offensive, not me. If they don't like it, either go away or just don't get offended.
