  • Yes, many times it does,
  • I have lots of very vivid dreams - usually good. (Although I can have some pretty terrifying ones as well). I can even smell the smells of where I am and can taste the food that I eat. I visit lots of different countries in my dreams (at least how I THINK they would be) and have a great time. If nothing else, it is certainly a cheap way to travel! LOL
  • The ones that I can remember are usually somewhere I do not want to be...most make very little sense.
  • All the time! Dreams are awesome and are the tonic of an otherwise messed up world. I have been having a lot of really good dreams lately...time for a nap! :D
  • +5. A cool night.A tall man next to me and behind us, the moon and the Eifle Tower, oh yes
  • Not usually where I'd rather be but different places for sure, from what little I can remember of them.
  • Yes, I love dreaming. I have worries and anxieties during the day and sleeping takes me away from all of that.
  • No, they always take me into places or put me into situations where I would never want to go!
  • I usually end up in places that are kind of scary and I wake up crying or talking to persons unknown.
  • Boy do they ever! I have very vivid dreams and can actually feel the emotion, smell the smells, taste the foods as if it is reality. I have control over them 90% of the time. If I don't like what is going on I simply tell my self to switch (in the dream I tell myself it isn't real and to switch) and then move on to something else. I've been told my a "sleep doctor" that having control of my dreams is very uncommon. Not many people can control them like I can. So my dreams take me to a much better place. Escape the real world and end up in my own perfect world for 8 hours. It is COOL!!! +5
  • Oh yeah! But it's not very hard when I'd rather be anywhere but here!
  • Quite the opposite. It takes me to places I never want to be.
  • no Chief, like being right here....+5
  • 99% of the time :)
  • I like dreaming, it's more interesting than my real life.. ☺
  • I absolutely LOVE my dreamland. My dogs and cats and loved ones are there. I can fly and breathe water. I am always anxious to go to bed. But I love my life too.
  • Not usually. Most of the time I have no idea where I am and I'd rather just get back to reality asap.
  • Not normally unless they are flying dreams:0)
  • They sure do.
  • I dream all kinds, some good, some bad, some just weird and unexplainable. So I would rather be where I am now
  • My dreams give me a chance to experience things i would never have the chance to do in the real world like walking on another world, floating in space, seeing a supernova! Maybe my dreams are all about fantasy, but someone once said "How do we truly know if our dreams are the real life and our waking life is the dream"? We each have our own dreamlife and maybe sometimes they do cross over at times but is that such a bad thing? So no my dreams do not take me to a place i would rather be, but to the place i imagine to be.
  • They used to. Now they're taking to a dark and gloomy, very urban city.
  • Yea, your mom's house
  • dear god yes!!
  • my dreams chop and change. some times they are exactly where i want to be. other times they are horrible and i never ever want to be there. I dream a lot of my partner dying =[ that is not somethign i want to happen. i dream a lot of suddenly having a child. or finding out i am pregnant! i have also dreamt that i cheated on my partner with ym ex heaps of time! that is definately where i do not want to be!!!!! my dreams are stupid. i have now just decided.. i hate them!
  • I have all kinds of dreams horrible, fabulous, confusing and all in between. Some that seem like passed lives but not sure I believe it`s not just imagination,as if sleeping were just too boring...Your question makes me think of one recent dream in particular.Someone led me into a dark cave.I could see an opening that I followed into a bright sunny place with shades of blues and turquiose.A waterfall, blue cliffs, ocean or lake, and a shallow pool with water of various temperatures, protected by the cliffs and cave.Never seen anything like it but seem to feel it must exist somewhere.Maybe just my own fantasy escape vacation...Sorry if I went on too long.
  • It's luck of the draw. They are always weird though.
  • They couldn't but now i can fight easily with my flying Castles!
  • nope, they're all dreams of confusion and lonliness
  • There are two forms of dreaming for me, one is day dreaming and the other is sleep dreaming. My day dreaming is done when I am on my down-time from work, I get lost in thoughts of a time and place years and years ago, much like a place in the show "Little House on the Prairie". Now to some that might seem a strange thought coming from me but I dream of those days when family, community and life seemed to be enterwoven with each other. To me and in my opinion that is when women were truly woman and men truly men. Women of those days may have appeared to the average person of today as being meek and mild, second to a man however they were just the opposite. They held the family together and did so out of pure love. I would have marveled in living in those days, growing my own veggies, tending to my own land and sharing with the community, actually depending on the community for help not as in todays ways were one expects it with little in return. . My sleep dreams reflect a place depending on my day events. There are any times I must decompress inorder to close my eyes and fall asleep only to be stired out of my slumbered sleep with visions of folks harming others, death, and distruction. I much rather be awake and dream then asleep and dream..............
  • absolutely, the saying in your dreams isn't around for no reason
  • sometimes, other times they take me to a hell of my own making.
  • It depends on the dream. There are lots of dreams out there with countless situations that each unfold. Mine are just random. Neutral. Places I don't know but look familiar.
  • Not really...last night I was attacked by Transformers. I managed to decapitate one with a rake though.
  • Pretty frequently they do, and waking up p*sses me off. +4
  • Most of them, YES. :)
  • oh yes................ +5
