  • Being underweight or naturally thin is very different to suffering from a mental disorder. Anorexics view their body from a skewed perspective and from your question this does not sound like your situation.
  • You're only 14...quit stressing about looks so much.
  • Anorexia is a disease or condition where someone has an incredible fear of gaining weight and even of eating itself. They literally starve themselves to death. If you are eating well, but just not gaining weight then you are definitely NOT anorexic! You're just one of those people whose bodies do not put weight on easily. Nothing to stress about!
  • G'day xloveisfadelessxx, Thank you for your question. Anorexics try to look as thin as possible by measures such as voluntary starvation, purging, vomiting, excessive exercise, or other weight control measures, such as diet pills or diuretic drugs. You are not anorexic by this description. You may be underweight. You should speak with a doctor to see what might be causing it as it could be caused by other serious problems. • yeah, good answers already, to sum it up, if you're eating, and not trying to be skinny, you are not anarexic, you just have fast metobolism, but it's all right, don't worry about, just keep eating healthy, and living healthy life style, and older you get slower your metabolism gets, plus your body will change a lot in next couple of years.
  • Enjoy it while you can, but definitely stop "eating like a pig" and start having regular healthy meals, even if you include a late night meal. Eventually, your body will slow down and the weight will start building up. Keep to a healthy diet and exercise regularly to keep the heart healthy and build muscle, not just fat.
