"What does your house look like?" or "How does your house look?" Be careful of your grammar. As for your question, I live in a condo in a beautiful old 1920s building. The condo itself has high ceilings and great crown moldings, and we've decorated it in neutrals -- beiges and creams -- with strong colorful accents in black, green, rose, and red in the public rooms, and blue, cream, and gray in the bedrooms and baths. We've got a small art collection and some old furniture that mixes well with our more modern pieces. We also have too many bookcases and are running out of room for them.
