Follow your instincts. I say it's a warning.

When you get a bad feeling about a bad person, it's a warning. When you get a bad feeling about a good person, it's paranoia.

A warning.

I'd call it a warning because I've been right before.

Warning.

Warning...it is your intuition, your gut instinct...

If i do get a bad feeling about someone ive just met i tend to give them a chance anyway but up to now that first bad gut feeling has always been right.

it is a warning, but that doesn't mean they are bad, just that you will want to consider caution

Paranoia is a they are out to get me delusion - an excessive distrust of others; you feel that all are against you. A bad feeling {intuition ?} is a direct perception of truth - based on insights that you may not be able to vocalize but may be valid. Both or neither can be true or not. Myself I would go with a warning theory to the point of being aware but not to the point of shutting out a person completly without evidence to support. If it really is paranoia you will not be open to any suggestions made here that do not agree with what you believe. I once was told that not everbody would pick on me if I didn't look like such a big nose. Yep - I got it all, good looks and a name that invites people to throw darts at me. +5

Time will tell. :)

Warning.

I follow my gut feeling and it's usually right.

bad vibes maybe you observe a trait or behaviour that seems odd or reminiscent of someone who hurt you. It is wise to be cautious but not to be controlled by being overly cautious. That's a problem unto itself.
