Were do I go to on my mac to clear it out and delete any sites I've visited from the Laptop? I wanna keep it clear and decrease any viruses I may get!

The chances of you getting any form of malware on Mac OS X are very slim indeed, and even if you did ever get a virus then clearing your browser cache will have no effect on it. Anti-malware software is what you'd need. Assuming you're using Firefox, select "Clear Private Data" to clear everything out.

That won't help. Once the virus makes it into your system, deleting your web history or cache won't do a thing. At best, it's like putting on a helmet AFTER you just wrecked your motorcycle. Then again, most viruses and other malware don't affect macs or Linux boxes anyways.
