If you wear glasses can you bare the thought of being without them for a day? How hard would life be for you would you have to depend on others to help you? Has this actually happened to you before how did you manage?

I wear glasses to see more clearly at distant objects, otherwise things get a little blur. But I can live without the glasses just fine.

Well, if I didn't have my contacts, either, then no, I couldn't bear that at all. I wouldn't be able to do much of anything, because I wouldn't even be able to see the ground clearly enough to avoid holes and dips! I've had two times where I didn't have glasses because they were getting fixed. I spent an hour or so in a cafe down the road, and walked very slowly between the buildings :

Get LASIK surgery then you don't have to worry about it.
