Ummm, its kinda like trying to poop out a cork, but other than that its great. A little cheese in moderation with plenty of veggies is good for you. A lot of cheese, not so much.

It's very high in fat and cholesterol, and most varieties have a lot of salt as well. Cheese is not a good choice to be a significant part of your diet.

Cheese is a major source of dietary fat, sodium and cholesterol. In healthy diets it often comprises the majority of fat calories in a meal. It's not the best source of dietary calcium either, so it is far better consumed in moderation.
