My grandpa ownd a very succesful tree bussiness. He retired early traveld the world and left his kids very well off. He was a WWII vet with and amputed leg. He also ran a coin shop...not so succesful.

My grandfather of my father's side was a lawyer. Specializing in criminal law. He has even written a few law books. My grandfather on my mother's side was a landlord. Doing farming like me. Only he owned a lot more of land than I do.

My Grandfather was a publican,grocer and an undertaker. It was a family business with the grocery store in the front of the buliding, the bar was in the middle and the funeral parlour was at the back.

its funny that you ask this.. my mothers father was a barrel maker, or a cooper with the last name Mills.. my fathers father worked on a hay farm, or was a miller with the last name Cooper
