Wash and polish dry, but they do make a cleaner a cream especially for glass and ceramic topped stoves.

There are special cream cleansers you can use that are abrasive enough to clean it but not enough to scratch it. You can also use a paste of baking soda and water, which is a lot cheaper and cleaner than a commercial chemical product. You just wipe it over the surface and then use a damp towel to polish it off; it takes the gunk with it.

Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day cream cleaner removes grease build-up. Once you scrub clean, use a damp sponge to wipe off any baking soda residue. Followed by a damp microfiber cloth for the finishing touches.
