  • Is this a question for fun or for legal concerns? For fun... Really it just depends on how big the room is and if we are using bunkbeds also. For legal issues, like will DHS say this is child abuse or what not. You can have as many in there as you want. As long as one child is not sexual with any of the other kids. Now if you are a foster parent or on HUD or some other type of welfare housing program, then usually it is three kids to a room.
  • The government should stay out of the bedroom. It is up to the parents as to how many can be in the same room or even in the same bed. This comes under the right to privacy of the US Constitution.
