write a book proclaiming yourself god and the maker of all describing how all powerful you are and fill it with a bunch of circular logic that can be reinterpreted to fit any situation Then get a bunch of people to believe it by doing some magic tricks Punish a few of these people to show you are a loving fair god, threaten them to be obedient or they will suffer in this life and the next....start with also proclaiming a wonderful afterlife for those who are poor and uneducated because tey have nothing to live for in this life. Then get those people to go kill a bunch of other people unless they decide to believe it too, in essence dominating the planet and getting the majority of people to go along with your plan by coercion, ultimately becoming the one true god now because reality is defined by the mass perception make sure you set up bases/churches in each of the lands you conquer to maintain a watchful presence over your slaves and be sure to continually solicit propaganda and extort money from everyone to maintain your empire Sacrifice one of your main disciples and say it was to pay off a moral debt they owed you, now they are eternally bound to you and must believe in you because you paid off their debt align your government with your religion to make sure that younger generations are schooled on who you are and your rules so they will be converted at a young age and be more devout (also they will more than likely produce offspring that will be raised to know you are god) Deem all distractions (hobbies, past times, wealth, material goods) as evil so people have nothing to do but worship you. Align your birth and other significant dates to match other religious holidays so as to make it easier for people to adapt when you conquer them Then just sit back and ignore everyone, that should pretty much do it.

Sorry you were created so that disqualifies you. But you could be a little 'g' god. Be a god of a country, or music, or fashion, writing, etc

Simply get enough stupid young people to believe that you are God. There are plenty of them out there, so it shouldn't be hard. Just build your stupid teenager following until you die. That's as close as you can get to being God.

Go around and start preaching to many people whom already think your special. Have them spread rumors of miracles you are said to have preformed. Find ways to preform simple illusions people will think to be miralces to amaze them. speak in philosphical terms and use simple stories to get your message across. End up dying a martyr and have your most committed followers write a book about all your alleged works and miralces with promises of a great reward after death if they follow your ways. You'll have a full blown religion before long; hey, it worked for a guy in the past.
